The doctor is very confident in his own skills. So the explanation is somewhat brief and short. If you don't ask about the surgery, he doesn't explain it in detail first. Among the places I consulted, this was the only one that took photos and did the consultation while looking at the photos. And it was the only place I saw that had an anesthesiology specialist.
