When I first went, the facilities weren't as modern as other places, but while the director and manager were consulting with me, they explained the surgery in detail, and the consultation took longer than I expected. They didn't charge a consultation fee, so I wondered if that was really okay. They spoke with a lot of confidence and treated me kindly, which I liked
