I went there for a revision surgery consultation, and what stood out most was that they gave me practical advice rather than saying they would do anything for me no matter what. They said the condition was such that I didn't really need to do it, and that raising the line even more from my current eyes or making them bigger like that wouldn't suit my original eyes, so they didn't recommend eye surgery, which made me rethink the revision surgery.
