Doctor friendliness: The tone was ordinary, but the actions and explanations were kind. He consulted after finishing surgery, and overall seemed kind. Consultation expertise: He explained things well. He even took photos on my phone, and said things like how one eye was different from the other, which side was okay, that for balance maybe only one side needed to be done, or that if I wanted both eyes higher than expected, I would need front canthoplasty, but my eyes already seemed like they did not need it. It felt like he was not trying to push an excessive surgical plan and was aiming for natural results. It felt like he prioritized appropriate treatment from the patient’s perspective rather than overestimating the surgery. He said eye correction was part of the incisional double-eyelid process. Staff friendliness: Kind, and explained things well at length. This person also seemed similar to the doctor in that they did not push unnatural estimates. However, I felt that their opinion differed a bit from the doctor’s during the consultation, so I recommend meeting the doctor as well. Clinic facility: When I first walked in, it did not feel as flashy as other places. It felt like a neighborhood clinic at the waiting area, but the visible facilities seemed good. Expected result: Based on the consultation, it feels like they will do a good job without overdoing it. I heard they are good with aftercare, and from the explanation it does seem like they take aftercare seriously. No consultation fee.
