Double eyelid incisional surgery .. not sure if eye-opening correction was included, but the doctor explained things with a lot of pride. I had about a 50-minute consultation. They said aftercare and, if it loosens, revision surgery would be done with no charge at all, and they explained a lot of things, so I felt they were professional! I'm still thinking about it.
