Both the doctor and the consultation manager were kind. When I first walked into the clinic entrance, I thought the building looked a bit old, but the inside was cleaner and better maintained than I expected. They said they pay more attention to aftercare than other places, so I felt reassured. The consultation was done with paper charts, and instead of only before-and-after surgery photos, they had various celebrity eye photos laminated and matched them to my eyes while consulting. Compared with the clinics I visited before, this was the kindest and most calmly tailored recommendation for the balance of my face. Parking was underground, and they didn't charge a consultation fee, only parking.
