I had double eyelid surgery here a long time ago. I had the surgery together with a coworker, and it was more than 10 years ago, so I don't remember the exact cost. My coworker turned out well, but mine became severely asymmetrical. When I took photos, the asymmetry stood out even more, and I struggled with it for a while. When I went back to the hospital, the doctor said it was because my eyes were originally asymmetrical. After hearing such an absurd answer, I thought they were not honest, so I would never recommend them to anyone I know.
