First of all, the facility is so clean and nice. It's all white. From reservation to consultation, I was able to do everything comfortably and right away without waiting. All the staff are kind, and especially the manager is so pretty and kind. The director was kind too, but somehow not proactive and didn't give detailed explanations, so my trust level was low. I came for a consultation because they said they'd make a glamorous line, but overall it's a place I still have reservations about.
