I learned about this clinic from YouTube, and because they explained professional topics well in their videos, I went there thinking I'd probably be able to hear detailed medical explanations during the consultation too. In fact, the consultation was also based overall on medical explanations, just like on YouTube. I wasn't really expecting them to be especially kind, but the word choices were extremely aggressive, and after that consultation I almost gave up on plastic surgery altogether..
