I went for lower blepharoplasty consultation, but they recommended something else. They suggested nasolabial fat removal + adding volume to the front cheek with threads. When I asked whether fat grafting would be possible, they answered, “There must be a reason why we don’t recommend it.” It felt a bit stiff. Every plastic surgery clinic says something different, so I don’t know where I should go.
