The director is very firm. Some people might find him unpleasant and rude, but personally, his blunt way of speaking helped me choose a hospital for my nose revision. In the end I didn't have surgery here, but I was so satisfied with the consultation that I even went for a second consultation. The reason I didn't get surgery here was that the director's aesthetic sense prefers a nose tip with a high point and a slightly upturned tip, and to me it felt a little too lifted, so I didn't go ahead with the surgery. Still, I recommend going for a consultation.
