I went because the fat on my upper arms just would not go away. When I said I was worried about double chin, upper arms, and accessory breast tissue, they told me that for improving the accessory breast tissue, they could inject the upper part of the arms, but then the chest area might also slim down. Since I already have a flat chest, I thought I wouldn't be sad if it got smaller, so I proceeded as they suggested. They give you a large IV-like drip, but it wasn't as painful as I expected. However, I didn't feel a big effect, so I stopped after one treatment..
