I did this with an internal incision because I was worried about scars from lip augmentation and mouth-corner surgery here. There were no visible scars, but the lip healed without closing smoothly and became very uneven. And the corners of my mouth did not lift. The doctor is kind, but if you expect good surgical results, I do not recommend it. The shape stressed me out so much that I even had revision surgery.
