Consultation with the chief director. What I liked: It was the longest, most detailed, and kindest consultation I’ve had. Most hospitals just listen to the patient and say they’ll do it that way, but here I could hear the doctor’s opinion and the things they recommended too. What was disappointing: It was the most expensive. For both the eyes and nose, there were more surgical steps than at other hospitals. (There’s no way to know which hospital is more suitable.)
