The consultation manager was really awful, so much that I didn't even want to have the doctor consultation. I don't know if that consultation manager with the thick lip filler got replaced, but she used a snide tone that felt like she was putting people down, and I left the clinic feeling bad. It was such an insincere consultation that it became a place I never wanted to go to.
