First of all, the person who first consulted with me on KakaoTalk was extremely kind. Usually, even if I say the surgery date I want, they tell me I can just discuss it when I come in person, but I liked that they tried to coordinate the schedule as much as possible over KakaoTalk too. I heard the doctor only does one surgery a day? so it's a little hard to set a surgery date.
