The director looked tired, but was kind. Since it was my first consultation, I hadn't thought up many questions, but he kindly explained everything. The manager, however, was unfriendly. So I'm still thinking about whether to go ahead with surgery. Overall the facility feels like a hospital, not a plastic surgery clinic. It's a real hospital.
