At first, they used informal speech, but I didn't feel upset at all. It felt like my dad's friend was being sweet to me. They kept adjusting the line and talked me through examples. The consultation manager spoke extremely well. Maybe it was just the eloquence, but I believe eloquence also needs knowledge behind it, so I trusted them. I went around to several places and eventually decided on this one.
