About 5 years ago I had canthoplasty on the outer corners. I think mine have reattached, but when I look at older photos, my eyes were even smaller? It doesn't seem like everything reattached. Still, I was worried my eyes would droop too much, so I like that only about half reattached~ It had its own effect, and if you're planning outer canthoplasty, make sure you research it well. You have to walk around with stitches at the back of your eyes, and I had a burst blood vessel, so it took about a month.
