I went for a cheekbone consultation, and it wasn't enough to just do quick cheekbone surgery; they seemed to want to do the 45-degree side too, and shave the square jaw as well, basically wanting me to do everything possible. They recommended so much that it was kind of off-putting. I had never once thought I needed to shave my jaw.. I just felt a ton of self-loathing.
