The staff are all really, really kind and nice. The doctor was also very kind and good on the day of the consultation and surgery, but aftercare is really something I barely ever get to see for even a minute. I found out because the hospital sent a text message that there was a problem with the BellaGel implant, and I think they do have a sense of responsibility, but I think that's the same for every hospital.
