The wait was almost nonexistent, which was great, and the director was kind and explained things before I even had to ask questions, which I really liked. Showing it with a simulation made it feel more real. The staff manager was also appropriately polite and didn't pressure me into anything at all. The augmentation surgery price was similar to other hospitals, but the lift price was twice as high as other hospitals, so I was shocked lol
