The coordinator was extremely kind and gave the impression of trying very hard to be kind. When consulting with the doctor, they stood beside us and recorded the conversation, then organized it again after the doctor's consultation. In the consultation with the doctor, rather than giving an opinion on the patient's individual face, they explained the overall contour, and said that when cutting a few mm, the patient often does not really perceive the difference and tends to focus on the fact that something was cut. I had high expectations because the reviews were good and all that, but there was also a big sense of disappointment.
