They only talked about the parts that were necessary, and said that reducing the width or length of the jaw didn’t seem necessary, so it looked like advancing it would be enough. The consultation with the director was the longest among the places I went to. The manager was kind too, and I got the feeling that everyone at the hospital was kind.
