3 years ago, before COVID hit, a friend said the surgery they had with Menek turned out well, so I went in for a consultation. First, while I was waiting in a gown, they had me wait privately in a chair with curtains, and the staff member who handed me my chart was also very kind. The consultation with the director was extremely thorough and not embarrassing at all. I couldn’t go through with the surgery because the implant I wanted cost more than I expected, but the director was calm and kind, so I think the surgical result would have been good too.
