The director seems extremely professional. He explained everything in great detail, joked around, and the consultation atmosphere was pleasant. I also liked that there were CCTV cameras, and that one family member could monitor in real time, which made me trust the hospital even more. But the fact that there isn't an anesthesiologist staying on site is a little unsettling,, since it's a major surgery that requires general anesthesia, it makes me even more careful.
