I went at my reserved time, but I met with the director before the consultation manager. The consultation itself was very kind and thorough, and they looked at me carefully. I felt like they were being considerate, which I liked. This was the first place I consulted, so I didn't have much information yet, and I still went back planning to visit a few more places before deciding.
