I went in for a first consult for a small, low nose. All the staff and the consultation manager were very kind. The director also explained things professionally and in detail. My nose is so underdeveloped that at other hospitals I was recommended autologous costal cartilage, but here they said there was no real need for that, and that since it isn't an ugly, big nose, they could make it refined enough with ear cartilage alone. I was about to go with them for that reason too (starting with costal cartilage felt burdensome), but I put it on hold to think about it a bit more.
