For my nose, I had a bridge augmentation (silicone), bulbous nose surgery (ear cartilage and septal cartilage at the tip), and alar reduction, and I also had fat grafting up to the second round for the forehead, chin, and nasolabial folds. First of all, the doctor was kind all the way through the follow-up visits, which I really appreciated~ It was a trustworthy clinic! I’m very satisfied with my nose, and the fat grafting was done naturally, only in the amount my face truly needed!! It’s been almost 2 years now and the fat is still holding up well! In fact, the silicone in my nose was inserted a little crooked, so I even had revision surgery. Even during the revision surgery, they readily acknowledged it and booked the surgery right away, and on the day of the revision, instead of me, the doctor even asked whether it was okay to do an alar reduction because they thought it might be needed I had already been thinking it would probably be necessary too, so I agreed right away, and they did it for free. It felt like they cared about the patient’s pretty nose shape rather than the money, which I really loved! They said the revision wasn’t a difficult surgery, so it was done quickly, and I’m satisfied after the revision!!!!
