I had nose surgery. It's soft and squishy, and I don't really have any side effects. I can even do pig nose. I got the surgery when I was too young and without thinking much, but luckily a good doctor just did the basics without overdoing it, so I don't really have any complaints. But I'm looking into surgery because of nostril reduction
