The coordinator was extremely kind and had the feeling of pouring out a lot of information in a short amount of time (mostly praise for the director’s surgical skill), which actually increases my trust. The director also seems to take surgery seriously and explain everything in detail... The atmosphere is so warm that it makes me think I’d want to do it here if I were to have it done. I’ve scheduled another consultation for later.
