The facilities look clean, unlike the outside of the building. The director is the only one there as an individual practitioner, and the consultation took about 25 minutes. I asked about this and that, and he answered everything without seeming annoyed. The people at the front desk were all kind too, but the consultation coordinator... she talked way too much, about all kinds of personal stuff.. Still, she did tell me about other surgery reviews, which was helpful.
