For having had both procedures, I think I got them done quite cheaply. The pins were secured solidly too.. I'm satisfied. Especially for the double-chin liposuction, I don't even know where the scars are anymore, so that's great. As for the cheekbones too... the swelling went down over the course of a year, my face got much smaller, and the pins are fixed firmly as well.
