Of all the clinics I visited in person, this one was the best, so I called for a consultation first. The consultation manager explained everything in detail and told me the price in advance, which I liked (she also explained the extra charge if fat grafting were added, but the price stayed the same). Since I live outside the area, I did a phone consultation and booked surgery right away. On the day of surgery, I consulted with the director, and they didn’t recommend any unnecessary procedures and explained everything well, which built trust. The director said that because I have pigmentation, the dark circles can’t be completely improved, but before surgery the hollow under my eyes showed even with makeup and it was stressful, and after surgery it improved so much that I’m extremely satisfied. A friend asked me about it too, so I recommended it. I don’t remember the consultation manager’s name, but she was so kind and explained everything so well that I’m still grateful
