A hospital I went to through an acquaintance's introduction. The consultation mainly centered on the doctor, and the doctor is the type with experience and confidence in surgery. The doctor's style is to pursue natural results and avoid excessive surgery. They show before-and-after progress photos, but one downside is that it's hard to check what changes you yourself will have through a 3D simulation.
