They are extremely full of confidence. So for people worried that the surgery might go wrong, I think it could give them peace of mind(?). But on the flip side, people who find that kind of overconfident attitude unreliable might think this is a clinic they can't trust. I was anxious, so after the consultation I felt better, but when I got home and thought about it again, the director felt a bit untrustworthy, so I'm still debating
