I had surgery because my natural nose wasn't great. At first I was satisfied because they didn't get too ambitious with the surgery, but later I didn't trust them because they didn't mention side effects very much. The way they acted was like they were always right, so it felt like they were blocking my questions a bit.. The manager was very kind.
