I had a 20-minute consultation with the doctor and 10 minutes with the manager. They gave me a specific consultation on how the surgery would be done, and emphasized that if I had the surgery, they would do it without making it excessive. When I asked about side effects, they confidently said none of their patients had ever experienced any. I think half the consultation was just listening to that story.
