The explanations are solid and good from the patient’s perspective, covering current problems and the surgical method in a way that is actually useful. They emphasized a lot that they had opened the clinic alone and had operated it for a long time, and that they had studied hard on their own. I can relate to the other review that said they are very confident. The manager also explains things calmly and is fairly kind.
