I had eye and nose surgery about 15 years ago. I was only supposed to do the tip of my nose, but when I opened my eyes, silicone had been added too. I was a student then, so I thought getting more done for the same price was a good thing. Overall, it looks natural. The two sides are uneven, but they said it was because of facial asymmetry. Since it was 15 years ago, they probably operated to make both sides the same rather than adjusting for facial balance afterward.
