When I was researching on my own, the reviews seemed to match the feeling and conditions I had in mind, so I made a reservation because I wanted to actually go in for a consultation. Maybe because of the current season, there were a lot of people waiting. But I'd already gained some experience from going to consultations at several places, and since there wasn't another consultation after mine, I was able to wait comfortably and then have my consultation. The process was the same as everywhere else, but both the doctor and the manager were kind and guided me well, which I liked.
