The doctor wasn't exactly the soft-spoken type. But I definitely felt I could trust them. And when they said they were grateful that I kept my consultation appointment, I was like, huh? They really feel human.. I like that they don't lie or exaggerate. There's no over-the-top talk, but I'm still not sure whether their aesthetics match mine. Still, I don't think I'd fail if I got surgery here. I liked that they don't seem to think of patients as money, and what’s interesting here is that the consultation coordinator doesn't really explain this and that at all.. It's basically, 'If you want to do it, do it; if not, don't.'
