They have you hold up a mirror and they shape with their hands how much it will change. I narrowed my list of revision clinics down to three, and the scar patterns are different at each place. Among them, this place seems to have the least scarring, which draws me in. The scar here is a single circular one a bit below the inner corner of the eye. (It is absolutely not a scar-free surgery) After surgery, they do scar laser at 6 months, and before that you manage it yourself. There are only a few clinics that do inner canthoplasty revision, and the methods seem varied too. You need to judge carefully how pointed or rounded the inner corner should be, how much should be closed, and how the scar will remain. The first consultation has no fee.
