I had nose surgery two years ago because of a hump nose, and when I said I didn't want silicone, they just shaved down the hump and did the tip surgery with septal cartilage. There was no inflammation and my recovery was fast. They explained things well, so I was able to have surgery with peace of mind~ The only thing I regret now is that the tip of my nose looks a bit too raised, so I wish they had lowered it a little. Still, the surgery was a success.
