I went for two consultations total for revision nose surgery. The first time I went, what surprised me was that the director didn't recommend surgery, but instead told me to come back after six months or a year. The reason was that my nose had been operated on not long ago, so it would be better to wait until the tissue at the tip softened. So when I went back for a consultation a year later, he explained the necessary procedures and recommended surgery without being excessive.
