My friend had nose surgery and it turned out so pretty, so I went in for a consultation. I urgently needed an appointment, so I called on a holiday. Someone answered and said they had forwarded the call because of surgery patients and asked me to call back tomorrow. They answered kindly even on the holiday, and that made me trust the clinic even more.
