When I went, it was very quiet and clean. I went in right at my appointment time without waiting and had a consultation with the director. They did not take a CT scan or photos. What was interesting here is that the director never says, "You should get this surgery!" and strongly gives the impression that plastic surgery is for your own satisfaction, so they will tailor things to what you want as much as possible. The consultation was also very long, with the director speaking a lot first and explaining many cautions and information about nose surgery! It felt like they generally did not recommend incisional surgery unless necessary, and they recommended a safe surgery that prioritizes naturalness. If you want to clearly know your nose's problems and discuss the direction you want to improve, it might feel a bit lacking,, they did express some things rather vaguely. But if you want natural-looking plastic surgery and have a clear opinion about exactly how you want it improved, I think it will suit you well.
