I went for a nose consultation. The director was kind, and it was a patient-centered consultation. Instead of looking for problems like other hospitals, they focused on the areas the patient felt were problematic. The consultation manager was kind too, and the consultation was long. Since it's a private clinic, it was kind of quiet? not very busy.
