This is my first consultation for a hump nose. The director's consultation was truly professional, detailed, and kind. He said it would be best to shape it nicely while minimizing the burden on the nose as much as possible. But I think if there were parts I wanted, he would listen to all of them. I also like natural and safe as much as possible, so I agreed with the director on that point and don't have anything else in particular I want. This was my fifth consultation, and honestly, all the things they say are similar. But when I actually had the consultation, what he said was the most convincing, so just from the consultation, this place was the one I liked most so far. And he said the doctor's idea of the nose shape and the patient's idea of the nose shape should match, which I liked too. At other places, they apparently sometimes make it into the shape the director wants, but here it seems like they try their best to listen to the patient's opinion. For the surgical method, he said he would just slightly shave down the hump and use septal cartilage for the tip, or ear cartilage if that's not enough. That's it. I liked that it wasn't excessive, and he told me to bring the nose shape I want. He said he would watch while doing the surgery ㅋㅋ I liked that the consultation manager didn't push sales either.
