I had incision surgery right after my CSAT in 2016, dragged there by my mom. Back then, I asked them to make it as thin as possible so it would look natural and not obvious, and other than it being literally made as thin as possible, it was fine. It definitely wasn't a flashy line, though, and lately I've been thinking about revision surgery to make it a bit bigger again.
